- Hi Alexey! How did your passion for music begin? And why are you attracted to electronic music? Tell us about your creative path?
Alexey Fomin: I was always fascinated by the sounds of my synthesizer, their depth, volume and beauty. And at some point I wanted to create myself. In 2015, I recorded over 20 singles that became popular on the internet. In 2018. released his debut album "Sad Rain" (as part of the "Golden Path" project) with the support of the St. Petersburg record company "Open Innovative Technologies". A little later he released another album "Immersion" (in collaboration with "Extraphone LLC" Capital Advertising and Producer Center ""). At the end of the year, another small album in the style of new jazz "Late Autumn" (with "ONE Music"). And just recently a new mini-album was released, which was called "In a fast stream."
- What stage in creating a musical composition is the most difficult for you?
{{ 1}} Alexey Fomin: The easiest and most interesting stage is, of course, the creation of the composition itself. The second stage of mixing, creating volume in the sound, is also not difficult for me. And the third stage, the final mastering, which I do myself, is more difficult for me.
- What equipment do you have, what musical instruments do you use when you create?
{ {1}} Alexey Fomin: In my work I use workstations, the computer is only used at the very end, at the stage of the final recording. It is important for me to use musical instruments, with their high-quality piano keyboard.A high-quality musical instrument must necessarily have a key sensitivity to touch, otherwise you will not be able to play the melody well.
- Please share your plans, what can your listeners expect in the near future? {{1 }}
Alexey Fomin: In the future I plan to work on new musical compositions without words and release a new mini-album.
- How do you spend your free time from music? What do you do?
Alexey Fomin: I read interesting books, watch good films, listen to music, walk around the city, etc. But I have the main job. Unfortunately, the revenue from music sales is small and you have to work. And when I have a free day, I am engaged in creativity.
